Consultation
Our consultations are booked out for a full 60 minutes with your practitioner, thus meaning you are able to delve deep into all areas of concern and then discuss appropriate treatment plans for you. You will also recieve your ObserV520 Advanced Skin Scan that delves deep into your skin health and how we can help any concerns.
This is also a wonderful opportunity for you to ask any and all questions you may have to ensure that the treatment plan is going to achieve exactly what you are looking for. We operate a very strict policy of consultations ahead of any treatment for new patients, however we welcome treatment planning and shortened consultations at any point in your treatment journey with us.

Can I book treatment without a consultation?
We are excited to begin your treatment journey with us, however all new patients or returning patients ( past 2 years) first appointment will be a consultation and treatment planning for existing patients .

Not to worry our friendly front of house team can help guide your booking based on concerns, available via Whatsapp, Phone or email.
What is included?
Your initial consultation is an hour long appointment with your desired pracitioner, discussing all of your concerns, goals and anticipations for your treatment journey with us. You will recieve an Observ520x skin scan, skin health analysis

Can I bring my children?
Although we’d love to be able to accommodate your little ones, In clinic any under 18s must be the patient for either Aviclear being seen by our Private GP. This helps us ensure a calm and safe space for everyone.
Can I wear makeup?
We kindly ask all patients to remove all makeup and skincare ahead of their appointment to allow for full appointment time. We have a removal station in clinic – so no need to carry cleanser!
I am running late!
We ask all our patients to let us know as soon as possible if there is a delay on your arrival. The practioners diarys are often booked back to back so to avoid missing your treatment allow ample time.

Post Treatment Care
After each appointment our team will guide you on your downtime and appropriate care. If you have any questions, give our team a call.
Re-Booking Appointments
Any required follow ups will be booked in via our team while in clinic, for any further appointments our patient coordinators and online diary are available.
