What is cool laser?
Unlike traditional CO₂ lasers, which rely on heat, this technology allows us to perform “cold ablation” removing damaged skin layers while preserving surrounding tissue. This results in faster healing, less downtime, and more controlled outcomes. Working to tighten skin this laser creates ‘micro injuries’ to trigger the body’s healing response replacing the old damaged skin with fresh, healthy skin.

What are the benefits of Cool Glow?
The Erbium YAG laser precisely removes damaged surface skin and stimulates the production of new collagen, helping to smooth and soften imperfections. Compared with some deeper resurfacing treatments, Cool Laser offers excellent skin renewal with less heat damage to surrounding tissue, which can mean a more comfortable recovery and reduced downtime.
Does Cool Glow treat the neck?
Yes. Cool Laser (Erbium YAG) can be used to tighten and rejuvenate the neck and also the decolette. The treatment works by ontrolled and precise resurfacing to help improve the appearance of fine lines, uneven skin texture, sun damage, pigmentation irregularities and signs of skin ageing.
Can results be guaranteed?
No. Results vary between patients and depend on anatomy, skin quality, healing response, treatment area and aftercare. Your consultation will include a realistic discussion of what may be achievable.

What are the results?

How many treatments do I need?
The frequency of treatment will depend on your concerns. Minimum reccomendation is 3 treatments with acne scarring being 4.
