I would like to book my first appointment, do I need a consultation
Our consultations are booked out for a full 60 minutes with your practitioner, thus meaning you are able to delve deep into all areas of concern and then discuss appropriate treatment plans for you.
This is also a wonderful opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have and ensure that the treatment plan is going to achieve exactly what you are looking for. We do operate a very strict policy of consultations ahead of any treatment for new patients.
Are there age restrictions for treatment?
Within clinic we operate an 18+ policy for all aesthetic treatments with the exemption of AviClear, where the minimum age is 16.
Is there parking at the Mayfield Clinic?
We have private patient car park onsite, if you have any issues with directions click the map in your confirmation email that will give our coordinates.

Can I bring my children?
Although we’d love to be able to accommodate your little ones, In clinic any under 18s must be the patient for either Aviclear being seen by our Private GP. This helps us ensure a calm and safe space for everyone.
Can I wear makeup?
We kindly ask all patients to remove all makeup and skincare ahead of their appointment to allow for full appointment time. We have a removal station in clinic – so no need to carry cleanser!
I am running late!
We ask all our patients to let us know as soon as possible if there is a delay on your arrival. The practioners diarys are often booked back to back so to avoid missing your treatment allow ample time.

How long between booking appointments?
We reccomend all our patients booking as soon as possible to avoid disappointment as the practioners diaries fill up quickly. Our rescheduling policy is 48hrs should you need to move your appointment.
I've lost my after-care card!
Not to worry, you can find all of your aftercare in your confirmation emails. However if you have any further questions our front of house team are always happy to help.
Can I spread the cost of treatment?
We offer direct debit options for our patients of Botox and Hydrafacials. This is currently not available for any other injection skin treatments.
